Clean Max Enviro Energy Solutions Limited (NSE:CLEANMAX) announced that it commissioned approximately 530 MW of renewable energy capacity during the first quarter of FY27, marking its highest quarterly commissioning to date. According to the company's press release submitted to the National Stock Exchange (NSE) and BSE, the commissioning increased its operational renewable energy portfolio from approximately 3.6 GW as of March 2026 to around 4.2 GW as of June 30, 2026.

The company stated that the latest additions reflect increased corporate demand for renewable energy and the execution of projects across multiple locations during the quarter.

Renewable Energy Portfolio Expands Across Business Segments

Following the commissioning completed during Q1 FY27, CleanMax's operational renewable energy portfolio stood at approximately 4.2 GW. This includes around 3.5 GW under the Renewable Energy (RE) Power Sales business and approximately 0.7 GW under the RE Services business.

The company said its operational assets provide renewable energy solutions to commercial and industrial customers across Asia through different business models.

Projects Commissioned Across Multiple States

CleanMax stated that the quarter's capacity additions were delivered across 11 project sites in five states. The largest additions came from Gujarat, where around 170 MW was commissioned, followed by Karnataka with approximately 160 MW and Maharashtra with nearly 110 MW. Additional capacities were also commissioned in Haryana and Chhattisgarh.

According to the company, the projects included solar, wind and hybrid renewable energy assets commissioned to serve long-term customer demand.

Power Sales and RE Services Additions

During the quarter, the company's RE Power Sales business added 403 MW, comprising approximately 350 MWp of solar capacity and around 53 MW of wind capacity. These projects include assets owned or co-owned by CleanMax, including group captive projects operating under long-term Power Purchase Agreements (PPAs) and Energy Attribute Purchase Agreements (EAPAs).

The RE Services business added 126 MWp of solar capacity, with CleanMax providing engineering, procurement and construction (EPC) as well as operations and maintenance services for assets owned by commercial and industrial customers.

Commenting on the quarterly milestone, Kuldeep Jain, Founder and Managing Director, said, “Crossing 500 MW of commissioning in a single quarter reflects the scale of demand we are seeing from commercial and industrial customers. The company also stated that recent customer wins include Meta, Apple, STT GDC India, Iron Mountain Data Centers, Princeton Digital Group, CEAT and GACL, reflecting adoption of renewable energy solutions among commercial and industrial customers.
