Rashi Peripherals Limited (NSE:RPTECH) has announced the acquisition of a 67% stake in Mumbai-based VDA Infosolutions Private Limited, an enterprise technology and digital infrastructure solutions company. The company disclosed the development through a press release dated June 23, 2026.

The transaction is based on an equity valuation of INR 550 crore for VDA Infosolutions, with Rashi Peripherals agreeing to acquire the majority stake for a cash consideration of INR 368 crore.

Expansion into Enterprise Technology Solutions

According to the company, the acquisition is intended to expand its presence across enterprise technology and digital infrastructure solutions.

Rashi Peripherals stated that the partnership will allow it to extend its offerings from ICT distribution into enterprise technology services, including cloud technology, cybersecurity, data protection, virtualization, storage, IT consulting, DevOps, and infrastructure management services.
