Revenue Surges in Q3 FY26
For the quarter, GRSE recorded total income of ₹1,958 crore, up 46% from ₹1,343 crore in Q3 FY25. Revenue from operations rose to ₹1,896 crore, showing a 49% increase compared to ₹1,271 crore in the same period last year.
The growth is attributed to higher contract execution across naval shipbuilding and engineering projects, driving a robust pipeline for upcoming quarters. International and domestic projects contributed to the steady rise in operational revenue, reinforcing GRSE’s market position.
Profitability Strengthens
GRSE’s profitability metrics showed strong expansion in Q3 FY26. Earnings Before Interest, Tax, Depreciation, and Amortization (EBITDA) stood at ₹234 crore, up 59% from ₹147 crore in Q3 FY25. Profit Before Tax (PBT) increased to ₹218 crore (63% YoY), while Profit After Tax (PAT) surged to ₹171 crore, a 74% rise over ₹98 crore in the same quarter last year.
Earnings per share (EPS) for Q3 FY26 stood at ₹14.91, compared to ₹8.57 in Q3 FY25, highlighting the company’s improved financial efficiency and shareholder returns.
Nine-Month Performance Shows Consistent Growth
For the nine months ended December 31, 2025, GRSE reported total income of ₹5,086 crore, up 39% from ₹3,654 crore in 9MFY25. Revenue from operations increased to ₹4,883 crore, registering 42% growth. EBITDA rose 53% to ₹643 crore, while PBT and PAT increased 56% and 57%, respectively, reaching ₹594 crore and ₹445 crore.
The nine-month performance demonstrates GRSE’s steady execution of shipbuilding projects and operational efficiency, providing a strong foundation for achieving the full-year targets.
