As part of its project pipeline, Ashiana Housing launched 140 residential units each in OMA Phase 1 and OMA Phase 2 during Q1 FY27.

The company also informed investors that the delivery timelines for Amarah Phase 1 and Anmol Phase 3 have been revised from Q1 FY27 to Q2 FY27.
