Q4 FY26 financial performance 

Omax Autos Limited (NSE:OMAXAUTO), a Gurugram-headquartered manufacturer of sheet metal components and assemblies for the automotive sector, reported a dramatic earnings recovery for Q4 FY26, with net profit surging to ₹17.34 crore — up from a near-breakeven ₹0.49 crore in the same quarter a year ago. The result marks one of the company's most significant quarterly turnarounds and signals a durable improvement in its operating model.

Revenue from operations for the quarter ended March 31, 2026 came in at ₹174.41 crore — a robust 52.7% jump from ₹114.20 crore in Q4 FY25. On a full-year basis, Omax Autos delivered a decisive improvement across every key financial metric. Revenue from operations for FY26 grew 31.2% to ₹484.50 crore from ₹369.26 crore in FY25. Total income crossed ₹520 crore, rising to ₹519.99 crore from ₹393.70 crore. Profit before tax for FY26 stood at ₹49.46 crore against ₹35.32 crore in the prior year a 40% improvement at the pre-tax level.

Net profit for FY26 came in at ₹37.04 crore, up 71.9% from ₹21.55 crore, with full-year basic EPS rising to ₹17.32 from ₹10.07. Total equity on the balance sheet expanded to ₹346.77 crore as of March 31, 2026, from ₹315.20 crore a year prior reflecting retained earnings accretion.

The Board of Directors declared an interim dividend of ₹2.50 per equity share for FY26, with May 8, 2026 fixed as the record date for shareholder eligibility.
